40 Under 40 Nominations
The Michigan Chronicle is now accepting nominations for the 2024, 40 under 40 awards. In its 12th year, the Michigan Chronicle continues to recognize local African American professionals who inspire others through their vision, leadership, exceptional achievements, and participation in community service. These individuals exemplify extraordinary stature, poise, and integrity and continue to break the mold and affect change in their professions and communities.
In 2024, we will induct a new class of honorees who are champions of economic empowerment and diversity, the backbone of religious and educational organizations, and driving forces in politics and community service into the exclusive society of professionals who have previously received the distinction of becoming a 40 Under 40 Honoree.
Please nominate individuals you believe deserve this award based on the nominating criteria listed below.
Nomination criteria:
- African American professional, executive, or business owner
- Proven success within their profession or industry
- Positive role model whose contributions encourage others
