Ward has created an enterprising network of women as owner of branding agency Creatively Flawless and Co-founder of FEMOLOGY, Detroit’s first female-focused co-working space.
Meagan’s full immersion into entrepreneurship came in a defining moment in January 2015 when she boldly quit her 9 to 5 for the business of her dreams. Her unwavering discipline has led her to build and strategize for countless women brands, while simultaneously developing ecosystems for women allowing them to authentically network and flourish through business and womanhood.
Ward’s vocal advocacy for women led her to become an appointed speaker for the U.S. Embassy, where she has shared perspective on women’s empowerment on a global scale in Tbilisi, Georgia, Russia and Trinidad & Tobago. Ward has also received notable honors including the 2018 Career Mastered Trailblazer Award, Essence Magazine’s Young Phenom, Crain’s 20 in their 20s 2018, Western Michigan University 30 Under 30, among others.
