An unidentified man seen stumbling around Sunday night at the Times Square People Mover station fell onto the train tracks and was run over and killed by an oncoming train. The Time Square station is located near he Rosa Parks Transit Depot near Cass and Michigan Avenue. The accident occurred around 8:30 p.m. and alcohol may have played a role.
The victim fell between People Mover cars, couldn’t get back on the platform. The train dragged him about 50 yards.
