DETROIT — LLSM Behavioral Initiative and The JD Thomas Group are presenting, a “Laughter is Self-Care” Comedy Show in Detroit.
LLSM is a 501 c3 dedicated to increasing mental health awareness and enhancing others’ lives through inventive and eclectic methods.
The “Laughter is Self-Care” Comedy Show was created to promote healing through laughter. Please join us Friday, November 25, 2022 for an evening of unwinding, networking, and most of all, fun.
“Caring for our mental health is a full-time job, but it doesn’t have to be a tough one,” said Dr. Michele Leno, a licensed psychologist. “Self care is a lifestyle, not a task. The ‘Laughter is Self-Care’ Comedy Show was created to promote healing through laughter.”
Detroit’s own, Coco will be host for the evening, headliner Ray Lipowski, and guest comedian Nortice Banner. The event will be held at 7:30pm, Friday November 25th at The Garden Theater on Woodward Ave. in Detroit.
