The Luxe Rental Collective, a full-service luxury event rental company, has now increased its capacity, acquiring a 4,500 square foot warehouse space, making it the largest African American owned luxury party rental provider in Southeast Michigan. The Luxe Rental Collective fills a void in the rental market by offering party decor to clients with “no minimum rentals” and a streamlined online rental process. This service benefits event designers and non-professionals who want to rent fewer items or less volume than a commercial or corporate client may require.
The Luxe Rental Collective will mark this business achievement with a grand opening, for event planners and coordinators, brides-to-be, party organizers and event hosts. The Luxe Rental Collective is located at 35450 Mound Road in Sterling Heights. Attendees will learn about rental opportunities and exclusive discounts. Appetizers and cocktails will be served.
“We wanted to provide a place where small business owners, event designers and just the everyday host or hostess can find luxurious event decorations and furniture without a high minimum requirement to rent,” said Britney Hoskins, founder of The Luxe Rental Collective. “Whether it’s a small dinner party in your home or a large wedding, I wanted to provide the rentals needed to transform a client’s space as they create memorable moments.”
With her event designing and planning company, The Top Pic Collective, Hoskins has experience in servicing events of all sizes and occasions, ranging from small dinner parties, extravagant weddings, to large-scale corporate gatherings. Through this business she found that there was a void in the market for rental companies that would accommodate small business owners and small social events by not requiring high volume minimums to secure the desired rental items.
