As the president and owner of the redbox+ of Metro Detroit for the past nine months, she wants others to know that there is more than meets the eye when it comes to waste disposal.

The Portable Sanitation Association International reported that construction companies waste thousands of dollars a day on lost time based on poor restroom placement.

Corning said that she had a desire to improve waste management experiences and bringing her business (which she began this past May) to the area was a no-brainer.

Once customers are finished with the dumpster, a redbox+ representative will arrive to pick up the container by the end of the next business day. redbox+ can also empty a dumpster mid-project and return the container so customers can finish jobs on a deadline.
Corning added that after seeing how the portable waste management concept grew — due to the increase in the need for the service industry as a result of the growing number of renovation projects during and after the endemic – her company is beyond fortunate to see great success. She encourages others (in and beyond C-Suite) to consider making their move, too – especially as an entrepreneur.
Corning, who has an extensive background in managing several sectors and organizations, said that before embarking as an entrepreneur, she worked in corporate IT and supply chain management including successful leadership roles in launching and running an e-commerce business.
