As a serial entrepreneur and event producer with several successful projects, such as The Royal Detroit Gala and the annual Fashion on Wheels charity event to advocate for Autism awareness, her dedication to the city she loves has afforded high visibility opportunities in radio (910 AM Superstation) and public speaking engagements (host of the Leadership for Women Summit).
Estes shares her passion to educate families with children on the Autism spectrum; which has been well received by those who need the proper tools for success while caring for their special needs child(ren) as Executive Director of the Autistic Gems Foundation.
