Jazmine Williams McCoy is a native Detroiter who serves as the Director for Diversity and Inclusion at Rock Ventures serving Quicken Loans and the Family of companies. She shaped the framework for the Team Member Resource Network (TMRN) Program, Quicken Loans’ version of Employee Resource Groups, and currently leads the Team’s engagement efforts.
Jazmine joined the Quicken Loans Family of companies after 7 years of working in higher education in housing and residence life, as well as in the diversity and inclusion space. In 2017, Jazmine began her career with Quicken Loans when she joined the talent development team, before moving to Program Manager of Diversity and Inclusion in 2018, Team Leader in early 2020, and Director later that same year.
Jazmine holds both a bachelor’s degree from Grand Valley State University in Communication and a master’s degree from Saint Louis University in Communication Research. Jazmine enjoys spending her free time traveling and being with her friends and family.
