Extensive beer sampling and local foods highlight of upcoming downtown event
89X , 93.9 The River and The Fillmore Detroit give metro Detroiters, and serious mirco-brew fans, the ultimate beer experience this August.
The inaugural “Brew Detroit” event will showcase more than 60 brews from across the world alongside the best in local cuisine! This is not just another beer tasting but a true event for the REAL beer drinker! Brew Detroit will be held Friday, August 24 from 6p-11p at The Fillmore Detroit.
Music will be provided by Christina from the 89X Time Warp Show and Gnyp from 93.9 The River and special LIVE musical guests appearing throughout the day. 93.9 The River and 89X will be on hand with on-air talent making appearances throughout the day.
Food courtesy of Tap @ MGM, D’Amatos, Majestic Café, and 24 Grille will be available for sampling.
Ticket are $45 per person at the door and include 10 four-ounce beer samples per person and food samples. Tickets are available for purchase at The Fillmore Detroit box office and at participating locations. Additional beverage tickets will also be available for purchase.
