Myles Baker

Myles Baker is a Senior Attorney of Labor & Employment at DTE Energy, a Fortune 500 company, where he advises business leaders and human resources professionals on risk management, labor strategy, employment compliance, workplace investigations, and litigation matters within one of the nation’s largest regulated utility environments. Known for his practical, business-minded approach, Myles works at the intersection of law, operations, and leadership, helping organizations navigate complex workplace and regulatory challenges with clarity and strategic insight.

Prior to joining DTE Energy, Myles built his legal career at Dickinson Wright PLLC, where he began as a summer associate and ultimately became a Partner. During his time in private practice, he represented clients across a broad range of commercial litigation, labor and employment, and regulatory matters, developing a reputation as a thoughtful advocate, trusted advisor, and well rounded litigator.

Myles is a graduate of Michigan State University and Michigan State University College of Law. He is an active member of the Wolverine Bar Association and Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., and is passionate about mentorship, professional development, and creating pathways for the next generation of legal talent.
