Mesh McFerrin

Mesh McFerrin is an Operations Manager recognized for her ability to build teams, lead through change, and deliver results in complex manufacturing environments. Born in Detroit, she has built her career on the belief that meaningful success is achieved through hard work, collaboration, and investing in people.

As the first employee hired for LM Manufacturing’s facility, Mesh joined the organization as the Launch Manager and was instrumental in building the operation from the ground up. She led the onboarding and training of more than 500 hourly and salaried team members, many of whom had never worked in a manufacturing environment. Through that effort, she helped establish the workforce, processes, expectations, and culture needed to successfully launch the operation.

Following a successful launch, Mesh was entrusted with leading the transition from startup to full-scale production. Today, as an Operations Manager, she leads the production and shipment of more than half a million automotive seats annually to Ford Motor Company, a responsibility that reflects the trust placed in her to guide one of the organization’s most critical operations.

Currently pursuing her MBA with a concentration in Finance, Mesh is committed to continuous learning and believes that lasting success is built by developing capable teams, fostering collaboration, and creating environments where people can grow alongside the organization. As she continues to advance her career, she remains focused on building high-performing teams, developing future leaders, and making a lasting impact on the manufacturing industry.

Outside of work, Mesh enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her husband and family. Whether exploring a new destination or simply being with loved ones, she values the experiences and relationships that keep her grounded and inspired.
