As the Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Lincoln Park, Smith leads with a people-first philosophy, building a culture rooted in excellence, service, and leadership development while serving the Downriver community.

Born and raised in Detroit, Smith is a proud graduate of Detroit Public Schools Community District. That passion ultimately led him to Chick-fil-A’s Leadership Development Program, where he gained hands-on experience in restaurant operations across the country before returning to Michigan to open his own restaurant.

Beyond business, Smith is committed to service and global impact. He has participated in mission trips to Brazil and Africa, supporting underserved communities and expanding his perspective on leadership and service. He is also the author of The Balance, where he shares insights on leadership, growth, and purpose.

Driven by the belief to “rise by lifting others,” Smith is focused on creating opportunities, mentoring future leaders, and building a lasting legacy in the community that shaped him.
