Bianca Hardy is a communications specialist, project management professional, entrepreneur, and community leader dedicated to creating meaningful connections that strengthen organizations and empower people. With extensive experience in strategic communications, project management, stakeholder engagement, and event execution, she has built a career centered on collaboration, leadership, and delivering results that make a lasting impact.

As Project Manager for the Office of Communications at Detroit Public Schools Community District (DPSCD), Bianca leads districtwide communications initiatives, executive events, and cross-functional projects that support one of Michigan’s largest public school districts. Known for her ability to transform ideas into action, she is recognized for developing strategic solutions, building partnerships, and managing complex initiatives with professionalism and purpose.

A graduate of Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a minor in General Business, Bianca’s professional journey spans corporate banking, workforce development, communications, and public service. Her diverse experience has equipped her with a unique ability to lead teams, cultivate relationships, and drive initiatives that create measurable outcomes.

Beyond her professional career, Bianca is deeply committed to serving her community. She is the founder of Cocktails with Moms, a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering authentic connections, support, and personal growth for mothers through networking, mentorship, service, and meaningful experiences. She also invests her time mentoring youth through Girl Scouts, volunteering in children’s ministry at her church, and supporting initiatives that encourage leadership, education, and community engagement.

In addition to her nonprofit work, Bianca is the co-founder of Liv In a Moment, an event planning and design company specializing in creating memorable celebrations and experiences. Whether leading strategic initiatives, mentoring future leaders, or bringing communities together, Bianca is passionate about using her gifts to inspire others, cultivate meaningful relationships, and leave every organization and community stronger than she found it.
