Indian Village Manor Condominiums (IVM) is accepting applications for a Facilities and Maintenance Manager with at least 5-years’ experience proactively responding to the maintenance needs (electrical, plumbing, structural, etc.) of historic buildings. The manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day maintenance and housekeeping in the interior and external common areas including the exterior grounds and parking lots. The incumbent manages the housekeeping staff, oversees the security operations, and interacts with residents, co-owners, contractors, and vendors as needed.
