Harriet Tubman Guild, Inc. Annual Queens Luncheon

The Harriett Tubman Guild queens included Bernice Brady, Emanon Chapter; Joan Smith, Hallie Q. Brown Chapter; Robin Michelle Sheffey, Tri-Boro Chapter; Eleanor Campbell, Congress Chapter; Dana Fowler, Together Chapter; and Barbara Thompson, Winona Idell Chapter. The 2016 queen was Fowler with Smith placing second and Campbell placing third. The Harriett Tubman Guild, Inc. was founded in 1915 on faith, hope, prayer and love. The organization has prioritized the spirit of freedom embodied by Harriett Tubman by supporting opportunities and advancement, and uplifting communities. Today, the Guild focuses on providing housing for the elderly and education for youth.

Currently, the Guild is comprised of seven guild chapters, executive officers and the Terrace Apartment Building Board. Membership is open to any individual who wishes to serve and improve the community.
