There could be some fireworks around the state before the Fourth of July asGovernor Rick Snyder and legislative leaders continue their clash over Medicaid Expansion.
Senate Republican Leader Randy Richardville claimed on Public Television over the weekend that Governor Snyder’s team funded robocalls critical of Republican Senators because of their failure to vote on the Medicaid issue before they left for their summer break.
Richardville has agreed to take up a discussion of whether the Medicaid issue is ready for a vote when the Legislature briefly reconvenes Wednesday, but says there will be no vote.
Governor Snyder is scheduled two public forums Monday at Trinity Health in Livonia and Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak to discuss the “Healthy Michigan Plan”. Continue to WKZO…
