GM Unveils New Float for America’s Thanksgiving Parade

The Parade Company and General Motors today unveiled a new float during the Annual Parade Company Pancake Breakfast in Detroit.

Titled “Everybody In,” the magnificent float will make its debut in America’s Thanksgiving Parade® presented by Gardner White. Images available here. “GM is a committed leader and partner in our community,” said Tony Michaels, president and CEO of The Parade Company.

“We are thrilled to welcome them back to The Parade Company family and look forward to celebrating their tremendous work in Detroit and around the world on Thanksgiving morning.” Built by The Parade Company, the “Everybody In” float is a celebration of GM’s brand campaign to advance an emissions-free future and progressive company vision that is inclusive and accessible to all. The company is committed to delivering on its goal in creating a world with zero crashes, zero emissions and zero congestion. The animated front piece of the float provides a nod to their significant work in our community by highlighting some of their important nonprofit partners. The float also features notable buildings and landmarks from downtown Detroit throughout. `

Themed “Love on Woodward,” America’s Thanksgiving Parade presented by Gardner White will air live on WDIV-Local 4 from 10 a.m. – noon, including a one-hour syndicated national broadcast from 10 a.m. -11 a.m. reaching more than 185 television markets across the country. News/Talk 760 WJR’s Paul W. Smith and Audacy WOMC 104.3 also broadcast parade shows. America’s Thanksgiving Parade presented by Gardner White is recognized as the Best Holiday Parade by USA Today in both 2018 and 2019. Celebrating its 95th year, the event is produced by The Parade Company.
