According to abc12.com, the recent ‘Pure Michigan” campaign is getting fresh.

The advertising strategy is to show tourists, businesses, and possible residents that Michigan is the “fresh” place to visit, start a venture, or live.

“A coordinated talent attraction program, which Gov. Gretchen Whitmer called the largest among U.S. states, is scheduled to launch later this year with a goal of drawing a workforce to Michigan,” abc12.com reported. “The tourism campaign will debut three TV commercials soon entitled ‘Fresh Voices,’ ‘Fresh Air’ and ‘Fresh Path.’

Detroit poet Jessica Care Moore contributed spoken-word pieces to the campaign.

The ads will be dropped in a different forms and in media outlets in Michigan, Atlanta, Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, Fort Wayne, Green Bay, Indianapolis, Louisville, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, South Bend, St. Louis and Toledo.
