One of my favorite things to do is bargain shop! For any event I attend, I have a certain look that I’m going for. As a bargain shopper, I search high and low for my pieces before going to a high end store (which is my last resort). You must be able to put in the time and effort to become a “professional bargain shopper.”
Today, I searched on a site that I’ve never heard of before, boohoo.com. I found several pieces that I think would be perfect for an outside concert or weekend afternoon.
