Southfield, Michigan-based Farbman Group, a leading full-service real estate company, announced today the appointment of Shontell Nash as property manager. Farbman Group CEO Andrew V. Farbman made the announcement.

As property manager, Nash will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of buildings throughout Metro Detroit. That includes ensuring the building operates smoothly, maintaining a well-rounded appearance, regularly inspecting the facility, and managing maintenance staff and contract services.
“I am delighted to have the opportunity to work for such an established company well-known throughout the Midwest,” said Nash. “I look forward to playing a critical role in maintaining and establishing relationships, and serving as a go-to resource for tenants and staff on-site at the collection of properties I am managing.”
Before joining Farbman Group, Nash served as a facilities coordinator and a junior portfolio manager. She graduated from Washtenaw Community College with an Associate of Arts degree.
