August 16 will see the Back-to-School Bash, sponsored by Assured Family Services, at 7310 Woodward Ave. from noon to 4 p.m. This event offers a variety of activities for families, including face painting, bounce houses, music, crafts, and a complimentary lunch. Additionally, there will be giveaways of backpacks and school supplies to help students start the school year successfully.
Brilliant Detroit is organizing a series of back-to-school events from August 16 to September 21 at various locations across the city.
