Dwanette Harbin Williams is an Assistant Vice President at Bank of America (BAC). She has worked in the financial industry, nearly 20 years, developing high achieving sales and client focused teams, coaching and training successful employees, and educating diverse communities in financial centers across Michigan.
Williams spent the majority of her tenure at BAC standing for the rights of all, holding the position of the Michigan Community and Events Chair for the LGBT + Pride Employee Network. She has encouraged the advancement of future business leaders by creating a mentorship program for BAC’s top performing financial center assistant managers, being an active committee member for the banks Michigan Mentorship Program and partnering as an active mentor to Wayne State University’s Ilitch School of Business.
Williams believes in the power of education, holding a Bachelor of Business Administration from Tennessee State University, Master of Business Administration from Davenport University, and she is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy with Capella University. Her passion for education and community development has inspired her active work in non-profit and as a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
