Sabrina Groshek

Sabrina Groshek is an engineering professional with 30+ years of automotive experience. She is the Director of Induction, Controls (Shift), Exhaust and Active Thermal Management Systems Engineering (ICE-T). In her role, she leads global design and development of innovative technological solutions that enable GM to lead in the areas of safety, fuel economy, emissions, and electrification. Sabrina has held numerous leadership roles in Global Product Development (GPD): Engineering Opel Divestiture Lead, Systems Engineering, Business Performance Improvement, Global Product Programs Vehicle Line Director and Interior Engineering Director. In addition to her roles in GPD, she held leadership roles within Global Purchasing and Supply Chain (GPSC), Manufacturing Engineering and Manufacturing. Throughout her career, she has served as a mentor to many young professionals, she co-chaired GM’s Affinity Group for Women for over five years and is an active leader in GM’s African Ancestry Network. Groshek holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Kettering University and a Dual Master of Business Administration and Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan Ann Arbor.
