Reginald B. Scott II is a lifelong Detroiter with a consistent history of public service.

Reginald is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the Detroit Land Bank Authority where he is responsible for managing a 56M annual budget, and prior to his promotion, he served as director of disposition responsible for all sales and creation of sales programs that bolstered the growth of the organization.

Prior to joining the DLBA, Reginald was Chief Financial Officer for Innovative Teaching Solutions, which serviced the largest charter school district in the State of Michigan. Reginald orchestrated a 28M bond issuance for the acquisition and construction of schools in Northwest Detroit. Under his financial leadership, the Academy earned unqualified audit opinions for successive years.

Subsequently, Reginald founded an educational consultancy designed to provide financial and operational support for non-profit and school entities.
Reginald has a master’s degree in leadership from Wayne State University, and a BBA from Ross School of Business at The University of Michigan. Reginald currently active serves on several boards within community and a men’s leader in his local church.
