Detroit's Polar Vortex Continues

Temperatures in Detroit broke record lows Tuesday and kept a lot of residents homebound due to the artic winds that blew in following the storm of 2014.
Tuesdays and Wednesdays bitter cold outlook:
Tuesday morning: Partly cloudy. Brutal winds and dangerously cold wind chill Lows: -18 to -11 with Winds: SW 15-25
Tuesday afternoon: Partly sunny and extremely cold and breezy. Highs: -2 to 3 with wind chills with Winds SW 15-30
Tuesday Tonight: Bitterly cold, Low near -7 with Winds SW 10-15 Wednesday: Partly cloudy with a slight chance of a snow shower late in the day. Highs: 10-15 with Winds: WSW 5-10
Another 1 to 3 inches of snow possible in the southwestern portion of the state on Tuesday.
