Detroit Transportation Corporation Request For Proposal: Rail Car HVAC System Overhaul (Reissue)

Detroit Transportation Corporation (DTC), owner and operator of the Detroit People Mover (DPM), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to overhaul the HVAC systems on its Rail Cars.  This is a reissue of a prior tender.
