REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Rail Car HVAC System Overhaul
Detroit Transportation Corporation (DTC), owner and operator of the Detroit People Mover (DPM), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to overhaul the HVAC system on its rail cars.

A pre-proposal conference will be held January 27, 2010 at 10:00 am. Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 pm local time on February 11, 2010.
To be successful, proposers must comply with all federal, state and local laws and regulations. This includes but it not limited to, all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws.
