The 118th season of Detroit Tigers baseball begins on March 29, and 2018 promises to bring a season packed full of excitement, tradition and unique experiences to Comerica Park, located in the heart of The District Detroit. The Tigers have incorporated a new lineup of promotions, concession items, fantasy experiences and ticket packages into the 2018 calendar as part of the team’s commitment to an enhanced fan experience.

The Tigers open their home schedule with a six-game stretch at Comerica Park when they welcome the Pittsburgh Pirates to town on March 29, 31 and April 1 at 1:10 p.m., and then host their Central Division-rival, the Kansas City Royals, on April 2, 3 and 4 at 1:10 p.m.

COMERICA PARK GATES OPEN TWO HOURS PRIOR TO FIRST PITCH ON OPENING DAY

  • Gates to Comerica Park will open at 11:00 a.m. on Opening Day, presented by Ball Park Brand
  • Following March 29, gates will open an hour and a half prior to all home games. Suites and hospitality spaces will be available for entrance two hours prior to the start of games at Comerica Park.
  • Fans are encouraged to enter the ballpark early on Opening Day to help alleviate delays.
  • Prior to entering Comerica Park, fans will be required to proceed through security screening, which includes the use of walk-through and hand-held metal detectors. All bags not exceeding the 16”x16”x8” maximum size as allowed by MLB, are subject to inspection per MLB and Comerica Park policies.

Single tickets are still available in every section of Comerica Park, ranging from the $195 on-deck circle seats, to the $90 outfield box, to the $45 rooftop bleacher and standing room only seats.
Tickets still are available, both through the Tigersand secondary ticket markets.
