For the second time, the Detroit Police dispatch system crashed. According to WXYZ, the department’s radio network stopped working around 1:30 AM.

WXYZ: Detroit Police, Fire and EMS are forced to phone-in to dispatchers after technical issues started around 1:30 a.m. At that point, crews could hear dispatchers but dispatchers couldn’t hear them in return

The first time the emergency system crashed was back in July when it was down for several hours.
