Timothy Jackson, 46 of Detroit was arraigned at 36th District Court on Friday for sexually assaulting a teenager girl.
The assaults allegedly took place multiple times between 2009 and 2010 at the Abundant Life Church in Detroit where the 13-year-old victim attended and Jackson was a pastor.
Jackson was charged with six counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, which carries a maximum life sentence. His bail was set at $50,000. A preliminary examination was set for Sept. 1 at 1:30 p.m.
