Detroit City Sports will host the first annual ‘Day of Giving’ event on November 7 in an effort to raise money for charity.
Customers who make a purchase at either Detroit City Sports locations, Lakeside Mall in Sterling Heights or Twelve Oaks Mall in Novi, will have the opportunity to donate 30% of the retail price to a charity of their choice.
The event will last from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. at both Detroit City Sports locations.
“We are extremely excited to host the first ‘Day of Giving’ event at DC SPORTS,” owner Steve Graus said. “In addition to the many Silent Auctions we assist with, this one day event is a great opportunity to make a difference in many people’s lives and to give back to the community.”
DC Sports is located near JC Penney on the lower level in Lakeside Mall at 14600 Lakeside Circle, Sterling Heights, MI 48313 and near JC Penney on the lower level in Twelve Oaks Mall at 27500 Novi Road, Novi, MI 48377.
