Detroit City Distillery is pouring the holiday spirit a little early this year, turning Eastern Market into a two-day celebration of whiskey, community and Detroit flavor. The annual Whiskey Wonderland takeover returns Nov. 26, when the Tasting Room transforms into a festive escape complete with holiday cocktails, seasonal décor and limited-edition bottles that tend to disappear as fast as they hit the shelves.

Two days later, the party shifts to 100 Proof, the distillery’s newest event space, for its first Black Friday Market. Running 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., the event brings exclusive merch, collectible releases and cocktails crafted just for the day. The star attractions are the highly anticipated re-releases of Hot Honey Bourbon and Rouge & Gold Bourbon, the latter created with Detroit City Football Club—both dropping just in time to become the most competitive items on anyone’s holiday list.

The paired events highlight the dual personality that makes DCD a Detroit favorite: the cozy neighborhood warmth of the Tasting Room and the sleek, modern buzz of 100 Proof. Together, they offer a spirited prelude to the season while showcasing the craftsmanship that has defined Detroit City Distillery since its start. Known for its small-batch bourbons, whiskies, gin and vodka made with local ingredients from nearby farms, the distillery continues to honor the city’s history one bottle at a time.

Detroit City Distillery staff will be available for interviews and cocktail demos. Images are available upon request.
