Detroit Brokerages Hosts Zero Down Payment Mortgage Seminar

Prep Realty and Bank of America are joining forces to inform Detroit residents of the latest expansion in homeownership opportunities for Black/African American and Hispanic-Latino buyers.

The seminar, designed to educate minority buyers as they embark on the journey of homeownership, is an extension of both brands’ dedication to promoting financial equity and community empowerment.

Earlier this year, Bank of America launched a trial program offering no-down-payment mortgages and closing costs for first-time homeowners in minority communities. As one of the five cities in the pilot program, Detroit will be home to this innovative homebuyer project.

With strong ties to the community, Prep Realty is honored to host the discussion and partner with loan officers and top bank executives to provide more information on the options available to Detroiters.

The Zero Down Payment Mortgage Seminar, inspired by the progressive Bank of America lending program, will serve as an educational forum to aid interested Detroit residents in learning more about how the program can assist them in reaching their goals.

The collaborative event is to be held October 5, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. at 1347 Fisher Freeway.
