As previously reported by NewsOne, Aubrey and Martinez, were in a violent brawl at her home last Thanksgiving, ending with Aubrey arrested and both men being treated in the emergency room.
The relationship remains strained between the three, with Aubrey insisting that Berry is trying to keep him from seeing his daughter. Siding with Aubrey, a judge denied Berry’s request to move 4-year-old daughter Nahla to France to start a new life with Martinez.
In light of two men who had previously been charged with stalking the actress being back on the street — after one was released from prison and the other escaped from a mental institution — Berry feels that it would be safer for them in Martinez’s native France.
