Smiley will launch the Tavis Smiley Network (TSN). This marks
BlogTalkRadio’s first talent-branded network and first alliance with a
national media personality. The Tavis Smiley Network (TSN) debuts on June
25th with multiple shows including the daily “Tavis Talks,” Smiley’s
return to live call-in radio. Throughout the inaugural season of the Tavis
Smiley Network, guests will include Oscar®-winning actress Helen Hunt,
Larry King, Hugh Laurie, Maya Angelou, Suze Orman, Walter Mosley, Mindi
Abair, Dwight Gooden, the Sugar Hill Gang, and many more.

The Tavis Smiley Network (TSN): “Smart talk. Online.” will feature new
shows by hosts whose focus will include relationships and advice (Rolonda
Watts), how to live a diet-free lifestyle (Robert Ferguson), harnessing
the power of social media in business, sports, and entertainment (Beverly
Macy), the news media (John Daly), America’s growing responsible
fatherhood movement and the importance of mentoring (Kenneth Braswell),
politics to pop culture (Stephanie Robinson), and humor (Rick Najera).
Other shows will be announced and added to the line-up in the coming days.
Veteran journalist and talk-show producer Michael Horowicz will executive
produce TSN for Smiley Radio Properties, Inc. Horowicz’s credits include
The Late Late Show on CBS, the syndicated Geraldo show, Tom Snyder on CNBC
as well as shows on MSNBC and other cable channels. Horowicz and Smiley
first worked together when Horowicz recommended Smiley for his very first
national television appearance on CNBC’s Rivera Live.
Recently, BlogTalkRadio announced that experienced media executives
Stephen Colvin (former CEO of Newsweek Daily Beast) and Craig Marks
(former editor of Spin, Blender and Popdust) have joined the company.
Craig Marks has been named BlogTalkRadio’s first-ever Editorial Director
and Stephen Colvin has joined as a Strategic Advisor.
