The Detroit Pistons’ playoff chances just took another hit – as if they were not shot before. Power forward Blake Griffin had an MRI conducted Thursday evening on that revealed a bone bruise. He will be re-evaluated in one week.
The Pistons are 35-40 on the year and five games behind the Milwaukee Bucks for the 8th spot in the Eastern Conference, with seven games left. Griffin is averaging 21.4 points and 7.4 rebounds this season.
