When E! first announced Giuliana Rancic’s “Beyond Candid with Giuliana” our first thought was great another talk show to indulge to the simplicity modern day age of TV. But when the premier aired on February 3, we were thoroughly impressed. The interview-style show kicked off with an one on one with Demi Lovato, actress, and America music artist. Suddenly you noticed yourself stuck and glued to the TV eager to learn about edge-cutting Lovato. We fell in love with her. She gracefully sat with Giuliana embarking on her journey; her rejection on hit TV show Barney and Friends because she couldn’t read, making it in the music industry, to the dark side of her life gaining national attention for cutting herself, ex-boyfriend, and the accusations of drug use. At the young of 21, Lovato had already gained the lessons, the tragedy, and the knowledge of a 30-something year old. As she says, ” I started and finished at young age.”
Lovato pleasant demeanor, and humble personality was very appealing to say the least. Throughout her life, she learned the values of happiness, and the gift to keep some things to herself. This was very apparent as she respectfully decline to share her relationship status.
Nonetheless we found the interview to be very engaging. And although it is yet another talk/interview show, Giuliana adds a touch of her own flare. The new E! one-hour Interview series will include feature guest Melissa Joan Hart, and Elizabeth Hasselbeck. On February 17, “Beyond Candid with Giuliana: Melissa Joan Hart” premiers. Stay Tuned.
