Beyoncé and Blue Ivy shared a sweet mother-daughter moment at the Renaissance World Tour film premiere that had Tina Knowles “in tears.”
On Thursday (November 30), the mother-daughter duo appeared together on the carpet for the London premiere of the concert movie. As the two took pictures, Bey checked in on her daughter to make sure she was okay.
Tina posted a video of their interaction, which showed Bey rubbing Blue’s shoulders and asking if she was cold. The artist eventually left her daughter’s side so she could get some solo shots of her own.
“This has me in tears right now. To the fans that are there uplifting this beautiful talented 11 year old I thank you I appreciate you,” Tina captioned the video.
Blue’s role on the Renaissance tour as her mother’s backup dancer is featured in the new film. Bey admitted that she was skeptical of allowing Blue to perform on multiple stops of the tour.
In the film, Bey said she almost passed out the first time Blue danced with her onstage.
