Detroit East Health Services is having their Annual Health & Wellness Block Party
Darlene D. Owens, Director of Substance Use Disorders, Initiatives from Detroit Wayne Mental Health Authority will be the guest speaker for the event. There will be a giant slide as well as a photo booth. Come exercise with Fast Freddie! There will also be free food and a smoothie bar.
Services include: free HIV testing, dental services, health care sign-up, raffles/giveaways, diabetic testing, and blood pressure checks funded in part by the Detroit Wayne Mental Health Authority (DWMHA).
The event will be held Friday, June 19 from 11am-3pm at 6309 Mack Ave. Detroit, MI 48207.
