Actress Raven-Symonè Comes Out Via Twitter: ‘I Can Finally Get Married!’

Child star Raven-Symonè (pictured), whose sexual preference has long been whispered about, seemed to come out of the closet the via Twitter. The “That’s So Raven” Disney star tweeted[1] to her nearly half-a-million Twitter followers that she can “finally get married” and stated how “proud” she was of Uncle Sam.

I can finally get married! Yay government! So proud of you

One can pretty much safety assume from Symonè’s gushing statement that she is referring to the Supreme Court’s decision to forever change the lives of legally married same-sex persons across the country.  Back in June, the court deemed the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) provision that defined “marriage” as between one man and one woman unconstitutional for purposes of all federal laws.

In the past, Symonè’s tight-lipped attitude toward her private life raised many an eyebrow. Last May, tongues wagged when she tweeted[4] a passionate, kind of mind-your-business statement about her personal life:

My sexual orientation is mine, and the person I’m datings to know. I’m not one for a public display of my life.

Now inquiring minds can finally get some much deserved rest!  We are happy for you Raven!
