Actress Mara Hall (Grey’s Anatomy, Scandal, Ambitions, The Resident) will release her debut novel entitled LOVE BOMBING: How To Avoid Narcissists and Scammers and Unlock The Treasures of Self Love on Valentine’s Day, 2023. In this candid telling, Mara pulls from her real-life experiences with several narcissists, to deliver a riveting, page turning debut chronicling a maze of addictive psycho-erotic mind games her protagonist Heather Moore, suffers at the hands of a narcissistic abuser. Hall will be in town for a book reading and signing at Detroit Book City on Sunday, February 12.
In this book, author Hall takes readers on a journey through the disturbing levels of Narcissism and how to see the signs when they first arise. Due to the detrimental nature of Narcissistic Abuse, Mara reveals some alternative lifestyles that a perpetrator may adopt and how this can affect the psyche of the victim. As a part of her healing journey, Hall decided to turn her pain into purpose by helping others to avoid the horrible depths and effects of narcissistic abuse.
