The Atlanta Business League celebrated their 30th Annual Super Tuesday Conference with hundreds of urban sophisticates at the Sheraton Hotel in downtown Atlanta via the invigorating theme “Connect. Invest. Own.”
Chaired by Sonia Booker, a wealth expert and founder of Sonia Booker Inc., and Candy Moore, a senior vice president at Wells Fargo, Super Tuesday 2014 was an all-day conference that imparted on the women (and men) powerful, informative, self-help and entrepreneurial workshops and interactive sessions from panels of industry experts.
The conference climaxed during the awards luncheon where the business community genuflected at the dozens of pioneering women during the esteemed program, “Recognizing Women in Business.” Conference attendees paid apropos homage to dozens of remarkably accomplished African American women in the fields of politics, business, military, arts and entrepreneurship.
Most poignantly exalted among the august body of distinguished women was Patricia Russell-McCloud, the author, trainer and inspirational speaker,. who was inducted into the ABL Women’s Hall of Fame.
