The 36th District Court has launched a courtwide amnesty program running from March 9 through April 2.

During this period, all late fees, penalties, and warrant costs will be fully waived upon payment to the original fines and costs owed.

The amnesty program applies to all adjudicated cases with assessed fines and costs, with the exception of driver’s license reinstatement fees.
