Detroit’s Make Food Not Waste (MFNW), a leader in fighting food waste, is excited to announce their Culinary Director, Chef Shanel Dewalt, will be on an upcoming episode of Food Network’s “Chopped: Trash into Treasure.” The episode airs on April 9th at 8 PM EST.
