The Queen of Soul’s home in Historic La Salle Gardens is up for sale again, the Detroit Free Press reported last night.

The 107-year-old, 6,000-square-foot home, located at 7415 La Salle,  came back on the market when the deal to buy it fell through. According to Brittany Randall of Clyde Realty LLC in Southfield, the previous owners did room-by-room renovations of the dwelling, which has six bedrooms, three full bathrooms, two half-bathrooms. However, they couldn’t complete the project.

Randall listed the home for sale back in January.

The price for the home is currently $379,000. Back in 2013, the home was sold as is for $46,874.
