According to unsealed court document released Monday, Phaedra Parks and Apollo Nida’s divorce has been final since July.
Nida, served in March, is serving an eight year prison sentence in Kentucky.
After asking the court for time to respond to the divorce filing, Nida failed to respond and as a result, the judge approved the divorce without his signature.
Parks was awarded physical custody of the couple’s two children. Upon his release, Nida will have visitation rights.
