In honor of its three-year anniversary, Empowered Flower Girl LLC is hosting a gathering of professional and creative women (and men) making and aspiring to make a difference for youth in and around southeast Michigan.
The event, scheduled from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, July 31 at Hamlin Corner in Royal Oak, includes networking activities, appetizers, a brief presentation on mentoring with Alternatives for Girls and empowering prizes from Empowered Flower Girl, Superwoman Productions, Black Star Entertainment and Send Some Joy.
Empowered Flower Girl Founder and Chief Empowering Officer Rasheda Kamaria and other social entrepreneurs will provide attendees with additional information about community and business resources.
