Closing out Black History Month in a big way, the Generals Motor’s African American Ancestry Network (GMAAN) hosted their 17th Annual Black History Month Celebration on Friday, February 24 at Motor City Casino in Detroit. This year’s event embraced the theme “HOMECOMING” paying homage to Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Black excellence. The event recognized five inspirational leaders for their excellence in entrepreneurship, S.T.E.A.M., lifetime achievement, marketing—and blazing a trail for other leaders to follow.
