Detroit restaurants are one of the hardest-hit industries during the COVID-19 crisis. The ability to offer take-out and curbside service has offered an alternative to remaining open, however, not all restaurants, including COOP Detroit and Chef Max Hardy, were immediately able to adjust to the new norm. During the downtime, Hardy has dedicated his time to helping those on the frontline by serving over 30-thousand meals to hospitals, police departments, and more.
Now that Detroit Shipping Company where COOP is located is now outfitted to accommodate curbside service, Hardy is ready to jump back into his lane as a restauranter with the grand reopening of COOP on Wednesday, May 20th. Hours are adjusted due to the crisis but the top-notch service and food that is associated with Hardy’s brands remain.
COOP is open Wed-Thurs 4 PM – 8 PM and Fri-Sat 4 PM – 9 PM. CLICK HERE to order online.
