It did not take long at all after the U.S. Supreme Court’s majority decision on Friday that same-sex couples have the right to marry anywhere in the U.S., celebrities began celebrating and lauding the ruling.
Liza Minnelli said in a statement: “I have always said that everyone has the right to love who they love and today, with the historic decision from the Supreme Court, I am so happy it is now the law of the land.”
